The Glenlivet opens a bold new chapter in its history of originality, The Eternal Collection, with the rarest of expressions: the ultra-limited 55-year-old whisky.
THE GLENLIVET

From Here to Eternity

Brand Strategy

Following 200 years in the making, The Glenlivet opened a bold new chapter in its story of Originality. The Eternal Collection debuted with its rarest expression yet — the ultra-limited 55-Year-Old.

CHIC was tasked with a powerful brief: Celebrate the brand’s legacy through its oldest whisky ever. And go further. Translate two centuries of craft into a vision of timelessness.

CHIC and Pontus brought in computational architect Michael Hansmeyer to reimagine the very concept of eternity. From the outset, CHIC’s 360° approach was key. Including Strategy. Art direction. Talent curation. And the orchestration of an exclusive 1-of-1 piece revealed at Sotheby’s.

Using code, material, and form, Hansmeyer's masterpiece draws inspiration from the River Livet — the lifeblood of the distillery since the beginning. Through complex algorithmic design, the piece captures the river's eternal, dynamic flow.

CHIC led the technical oversight. Directed the production of campaign assets. And developed the “last-3-feet” retail guidelines, all to ensure an impeccable brand experience.
