To connect physical with digital, CHIC created a unique gift: a couture-inspired notebook landed in customers’ hands. Inside, a bookmark shaped like Yves Saint Laurent’s iconic glasses. This was the key to unlock the WebAR via QR code.

Users stepped into the Maison’s atelier, brought alive by music, voiceover and interactive moments. Notable couture pieces from the archive directly inspired individual scents in the collection, bringing history and the present together in a continuous line. How can digital deepen connection? CHIC believes it’s through layering experience to foster personal rapport.
